Partnership Board

The Partnership Board maintained overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the scheme. It laid down policy by the adoption of policy papers, delivery plans and by precedent through the project appraisal and monitoring processes. The Board provided strategic direction to the regeneration and maintains a strategic overview of scheme management.

It was specifically responsible for:

  • The preparation and approval of the annual Delivery Plan
  • Approval of non-delegated projects
  • Receiving regular reports on Key Indicators
  • Scheme evaluation
  • All matters relating to the constitution of the Partnership
