The Board delegated the following matters to the Management and Finance Committee:
- Project approval below the government's delegation limit
- Output monitoring
- Finance monitoring
- Scheme staffing and personnel matters
- All matters relating to scheme premises and equipment
- Publicity
- Relations with Government Office and the Regional Development Agency
- Relations with partner organisations
- Attraction of further financial assistance
- Community consultation and involvement in the scheme
- Advise to the Partnership Co-ordinator on any matters arising in the day to day management of the scheme.
